We can provide discounted postage and help you through hard to understand postal regulations so that your mailing is processed quickly and properly. We offer virtually all mailing services to complete your project. You can do some of your own processing, or do nothing at all. We will do any part of or all of your direct/bulk mail processing for you.
DISCOUNTED POSTAGE for MASS MAILINGS
We offer discounted postage to businesses for processing 200 or more mail pieces (letters, flyers, Newsletters, flats, or postcards) using our for profit Bulk Mail postal permit or theirs. Mail n More also offers special discounted mail processing for non profit charities using their non profit Bulk Mail postal permit. Often, we save our clients substantially more in postage than the cost of our processing fees. Mail n More is fully certified and bonded for automation presort of both Standard and First Class mail. We will CASS certify and barcode your addresses, determine undeliverable addresses, sort by zip code, strap, and deliver your mailing pieces to the post office.
MAILING LIST MANAGEMENT
If you have a database on disk, or can e-mail your mailing list to us, we can bring big savings to you on postage costs. We can remove address duplications to save you from mailing more than one piece to the same name and address. We can even provide ongoing list maintenance or update your mailing list using MS Excel or ASCII Delimited text formats. If you don't have a mailing list and want us to obtain one for you, we can rent names and addresses for you by zip code, and by other parameters such as household size, renter vs. owner, income level, etc. For non profit organizations, Mail n More specializes in segmenting donor lists by contributor levels enabling a charity to more effectively solicit its donors.

Furthermore, we can design, copy or print your mail piece, fold, tab, insert, seal, and inkjet address or adhesive label each mail piece in addition to applying postage.
